The Mantic 9000 series clutches are available in twin disc or triple disc configuration with a sprung centre cushion. By design, Mantic clutch kits offer more torque capacity and heat resistance while retaining excellent drivability. Pedal effort remains relatively low, approximately 12-15% increase over the OE clutch pedal feel. The standard 9in diameter (225mm) size greatly reduces the MOI - Moment of Inertia, which requires less engine power and results in faster acceleration. More power to the ground with quicker, more precise shifts when compared to the heavier and larger OE type setups.
Ceremetalic or Organic friction materials are used in the Mantic 9000 Series clutches. The most popular Ceremetalic Material is the premium choice offering minimal compromise in driving style with up to 1515 ft-lbs torque capacity. Organic Material offers better than OE engagement and pedal feel while still providing a higher torque capacity of up to 607 ft lbs torque.
The Mantic clutch is modular in construction for ease of service and is completely rebuildable. The cover and components are machined from billet stock adding strength and durability.
Twin Disc Ceremetalic clutch kits offer up to 1010 ft-lbs of torque capacity at the Crank, roughly 820-850 ft-lbs at the wheels.
Triple Disc Ceremetalic clutch kits offer up to 1515 ft-lbs of torque capacity at the Crank, roughly 1250-1285 ft-lbs at the wheels.
Twin Disc Organic clutch kits offer up to 607 ft-lbs of torque capacity at the Crank, roughly 500-525 ft-lbs at the wheels.
